Ordered a pair of purple bandana Draco slides. After submitting the order and waiting about 2 weeks, without receiving any update or tracking information, I sent a follow up email. I was informed they were out of stock. After this communication, it was agreed that the order would be fulfilled with the “I AM DRACO” slides. Once this issue was addressed, the slides showed up in a timely manner. Overall satisfied with the product. Would recommend this product.
