Due to our high demand and to keep our employees safe from COVID-19 processing may take 5-7 business days before your item is shipped. You will get a email with tracking information as soon as your Draco Slides leave our warehouse.
Due the escalation of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) some packages will be delayed because of the massive backlog of packages and lower shipping capacity.
Although they are working 24/7, please allow at least 3-5 weeks for the package to arrive (subject to change - due to COVID-19). However, please don't worry. We will still get your package to you during this world event.

You can cancel your order after 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed and shipped out we cannot cancel your order, although you can always contact us for a stress free return/exchange once you receive your package just make sure your pair of Dracos are in original condition.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive and email or text message with your tracking number. Once shipped it normally takes about 8-12 business days to deliver, you can track the movement of your package here!

Unfortunately if the package has already been shipped we cannot change the size of your order.
Although you can always contact us for a stress free return/exchange once you recieve your paackage just make sure your pair of Dracos are in original condition.
All sizes on our website are in US Mens.
If you are a women, please order one size down.
For example, if you wear a size 7-8 in women, please order a size 5-6.
