Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
FREE shipping (8-12 business days)
US Express shipping (1-5 Business days)
If your order has already been shipped we cannot change the shipping address.
If your order has not shipped please email us at dracoslides@gmail.com and we will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships it out.
Sizing
Dracos fit true to size! So, go with your most common US sneaker size. If you’re a half size, you can size up for a looser fit - or down for a more snug one.
Women should size down. For example if you wear a size 7 in womens you should order your Dracos in a size 5-6
At the moment, we carry only standard sizes. But because of our very adaptable upper knit that stretches to the shape of your feet, half sizes often find that Dracos work for them anyway!
We recommend basing your size choice off your two most common sneaker sizes.Â
So if you're normally either a 10.5 or an 11 for example, we'd size up to an 11-12. If on the other hand, you’re between a 10 and a 10.5, size down to a 9-10!
Of course, if you like a looser fit size up. For a more snug feel, size down.Â
Up to you! Dracos are very breathable, so you can choose to go with or without socks.
However, we do recommend wearing socks because they tend to help wick moisture and heat away from your feet, improving comfort and preventing early wear of the shoe.
PS. We're a big fan of socks and slides and designed Draco socks for comfort and breathability.

Our slides are fully adjustable for people with wider and more narrow feet.
Draco slides now have more accurate fitting with our adjustable strap is designed to wrap around the foot providing a loose or tight fit, wear it how you'd like!Â

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing. Â

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxesÂ
In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refundedÂ
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked deliveredÂ
- Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.Â

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.Â
You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
