Due to the escalation of the Corona virus pandemic (COVID-19) some packages will be delayed because of the massive backlog of packages and lower shipping capacity. The carriers only have 40% capacity until all airlines start their routes again. This is caused by limited air space which has cancelled many flights which is why we are experiencing the delay and shipment.
Although they are working 24/7, please allow at least 1-2 weeks for the carrier to process the packages and for your tracking code to appear online. However, please don't worry. We will still get your package to you during this world event.
