Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days.

Not a perfect fit or not satisfied with your purchase?

No worries! We provide EASY returns/exchanges through our convenient self-serve returns portal located right here.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying for all customs/duties fees and a return shipping label fees on all orders.
All mystery items are excluded from discount codes and BOGO promos. All mystery sales items are final, no returns or exchanges.


What is “Free Returns” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for FREE.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.



Cancellation Policy 

Due to the high volume of orders we cannot cancel an order that has been placed. If you would like a refund you may return the slide back to us as long as they are in their original condition.


 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Refunds will not be issued if you enter an insufficient address at checkout. You can opt for redelivery to the same or different address however, there will be an additional fee (partial cost of the original shipping, not full price) for redelivery.

You have the option to purchase insurance at checkout that covers lost/stolen packages. If not selected, DracoSlides is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.

 If an invalid address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us we have two options.

Option 1: 
We wait until the package is returned to us and we reship the package to an alternate correct address you provide us with.

Option 2:
We refund a total of $40 as you entered an invalid address which means we have to cover shipping twice. Shipping cost is $20 each way.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Dracoslides@gmail.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
