TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager

We don't sell comfort. We sell a feeling. The kid in Draco is the one everyone notices: best fit in the room, top of the group chat, walks in and owns it. Our buyer is 18 to 28, into streetwear and sneaker culture, and buys what makes them feel like HIM. Socks with slides, baggy pants, full fit. Every video, every LIVE, every creator we work with has to carry that energy.
TikTok Shop is one of our biggest channels. 100+ active affiliates post for us, and our LIVE sellers move serious volume with creator flash sales, doing more in a few hours on stream than most videos do in a month.
We're looking for one person to own the whole affiliate and LIVE program. Not an agency, not a side gig. Someone who lives on the app, gets the culture, and wants to build something.
What you'll do
- Run the day-to-day affiliate inbox. Reply fast, keep creators warm, never leave someone on read.
- Approve and ship samples in Cruva, then follow up until the video is live.
- Watch every video that goes up. Break down why it converted or why it didn't.
- Own our LIVE seller program. Recruit hosts, schedule creator flash sales, prep them on the product and the pitch, and track what each stream sells.
- Spot the formats that are working and brief affiliates on exactly what to recreate.
- Recruit new creators who actually match our buyer (18-28, streetwear, sneaker culture).
- Run our affiliate Discord. Drops, challenges, shoutouts, incentives. Keep people posting.
- Report weekly on posting rate, video and LIVE GMV, and who's winning.
Who you are
- 1+ years managing TikTok Shop affiliates in-house at a fashion, apparel, footwear or lifestyle brand.
- Experience running TikTok Shop LIVE sellers or flash sales.
- You know the culture. You can tell a fit video that hits from one that doesn't.
- Obsessive about follow-up. Organized. Fast.
- Comfortable with data: GMV, post rates, conversion, what to scale and what to cut.
- Bonus: Cruva experience, Discord community building, you post content yourself, you use AI tools to move faster.
